Experienced, Efficient Respiratory Therapists
It’s true that most medical equipment companies have trained technicians to aid their respiratory patients, but InHealth Medical Equipment goes above and beyond. We employ a certified respiratory therapist to help each client get the most out of their treatment. Our therapist will work with patients individually and with family present to ensure all parties involved have a good working knowledge of the equipment they will be using.
We realize that questions do not always arise during business hours. The InHealth Medical Equipment staff is always available to assist you in operating your equipment. We are available to assist you anytime of the day or night.

InHealth Medical Equipment offers free home delivery to most in the greater Houston and Beaumont area. Our courteous and professional technicians will give you a precise window of time to make scheduling delivery, setup and training as simple as possible.
A Smooth Compliance Process
In order to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible, the InHealth Medical Equipment team adheres to certain practices to ensure a specific piece of equipment is truly the best fit for the individual patient. We strive to facilitate patient compliance so that nothing gets in the way of your treatment.
A physician’s order and prescription is required for oxygen. The physician will prescribe the specific amount of oxygen you need. Our team will ensure that all your diagnoses are in compliance before releasing any equipment. Following protocol will ensure quality care as well as insurance and payment compliance.
For CPAP compliance, the patient is set up once the respiratory therapist receives the order. During the setup process, InHealth Medical Equipment professionals fully inform the patient on how to become compliant according to their provider guidelines. For example, a Medicare patient can achieve compliance by wearing the CPAP or BiPAP machine for four hours or more every night for at least 30 consecutive days. The patient must be 70 percent compliant in order to meet medicare requirements.
An InHealth Medical Equipment representative will contact all CPAP and BiPAP patients one week after setup to check the effectiveness of the machine. Patients have three months to become compliant with a given machine.
